Went there to collect a parcel at 2:45PM on a Saturday. On google it says they close at 4, a bald white man said they closed at 2PM. No doubt to catch an early weekend.

The young Asian guy behind the counter most unhelpful and unfriendly. Avoid this PO unless you enjoy rude customer service.
* edit .He's now turned into amicability personified. Lovely guy lovely service 👍

The asian man behind the counter at 213 Edgware Rd, London NW9 6LR is awfully rude and disrespectful.

Wouldn’t even give the one star. Rude Indian man behind the post office counter. Does not know how to talk to customers politely, rather thinks it is ok to speak in an abrupt manner. Employ friendly staff, clearly others have experienced the same disgusting and ill mannered behaviour from employees here.

Maybe not the fastest but that is one of the post office I like to come to drop off my parcels. They are friendly and polite.

Royal Mail website says it’s open until 4pm on Saturday but the door signage says 12pm on Saturdays.

Awful staff. They have such a disgusting attitude at the post office. Not speaking for the Pharmacy as I don't use their service. But if you want your entire day ruined because of an awful attitude, then I would suggest going here. Not everyone knows the rules and procedures of each specific post office. To be spoken to in such a patronising, condescending way is honestly ridiculous.

Went to post a parcel that I previously labelled at home (I have printed the label via the Royal Mail website) and the employee sticked a barcode (internal sticker) on top of the recipient's address and the parcel was delivered back to me 2 weeks later because the recipient address was not clear. I had pictures of the parcel that I posted before they sticked that label so I could prove that it was their fault but when I first complained (went back to the post office) they dismissed me, insisting it was my fault. I had to make an official complaint online and I got my money back 1 month later (plus they admitted it was a mistake by the employee of the postal office).
