Jansel Square Sub Post Office

Had an Amazon order delivered to Jansel Square Post Office shop today. States on Amazon and the shops Google listing that they are open until 7pm. Tried to collect at 6:10pm and was told Post Office shuts at 5:30pm. Great had I'd known I would have had it delivered to an Amazon locker. Please update your opening hours on Amazon, its very misleading.

Every time I go here it has been closed and i check the opening hours on the post office website. Often i have turned up and there is a note up saying back at 1, which is fair enough but they never seem to stick to that time and you are left even longer.

Checked on Google what time it opens and it says 7am, popped in at 8:45am and apparently not open until 9am! Have 2 separate google pages for the news agents and the post office! It’s so annoying wasting a journey to try and post when you can’t get out for the rest of the day!

Never open and horrible woman on counter in shop

Absolute waste of space, Unhelpful staff that can't be bothered to even try to help and that can't convert kg to grams. Shame I can't leave 0 stars.

Just wanted to leave a positive review for the awesome lady who seems to be single-handedly running the post office counter at the moment. I've been in twice in the last week, and both times it has been very busy (today the queue was out the door) - this lady is very calm in the face of huge queues, efficient and cheerful, and that can't always be easy.

Terrible Service, Post Office says it’s open til 7pm, I got there at 6.30pm to be told it had closed, why advertise that it’s open til 7pm. Rude woman on the counter too.

Useless post office it is never open on time and usually closes at random times through the day. I’ve never seen a place so poorly managed if you have opening hours stick to them it’s not that difficult and you won’t upset customers that way!
