this post office overcharges you and doesn’t ask you what you want before you give your parcel to them.
I asked for an item to be posted, 1.976kg and within the dimensions of second class shipping requirements.
The cashier mumbled something about “11”, so I responded by saying “the item is worth £20”.. insinuating that he clarify what he meant by “11”.
When asked what the cost of the item was, it was £11, first class and signed for. I agree that the price of this service is £11, but I wasn’t asked what service I wanted in the first place. eBay recommends £4.10 for an item of this weight and dimension.

I asked “is it too late to cancel?” The cashier said it was too late to cancel. I then said I disagree with the price and I want my parcel back, he began taking the labels off (so obviously, it wasn’t too late).

Not only do they overcharge, but they try their luck with customers too.

Staff friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The prices are really good and often cheaper than elsewhere.

Really friendly owners and very well stocked.
