Excellent service, always helpful and friendly. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for their occasional offer and notice of upcoming local news and events. As all good post offices should be, it's the supportive hub of the community, and other local service providers should take note of how it's done properly!

Always overcharge or inconsistent on postage price for packages. Expensive stationery too. Be careful.

The best post office I have ever been to! Staff are so genuinely helpful and make every transaction as straightforward as possible. If Burwell post office isn’t open, I would rather wait for another day than go anywhere else, it’s so much better than all the others around!
