West Green Road Post Office

I've been here a few times and the two gentlemen who works here are very lovely and engaging. I've never had any problems with this post office at all. However, I do agree that this branch could do with another staff as it does get busy at times.

This post office is messy and need a good renovation but the staffs are very nice and helpful. They give advise about posting because they face so many problem with customers in the past. I have been to this post office several times and they always welcoming but i can say also these staff need lots of patience to work with customers overthere as some customers are very aggressive, rude. Even youngers who wants their parcels to be redelivered to this post office are very rude and impolite. Witness one yesterday

Don't understand why people put bad comments but still this post office is pack with people wherever you go there. If you are not satisfied go to other places.

Would like to thanks the young smiling lady as she is always very kind and patience with everyone and when there's no queue she even help me with the packaging and advice me how to send parcel or large letter so that i don't pay high price.

Have been using this local Post Office for many years now and, until the last few months, the service was honestly awful. However, under new management it has been a breath of fresh air. Polite, engaging staff, and opening and closing times on the dot (which never used to happen). It's now a pleasurable experience to visit. Well done and thank you to the new management!

The staff aren't so bad here. They have put up with me bringing piles of returns back and eventually got used to me. I have had shocking customer service elsewhere and I feel they are fine. It is a small post office.

The last few times I visited prior to COVID-19 lockdown I received very friendly service. This is not a large post office it only has two months counters so when it's busy you have a long wait. There are a few chairs (2/3) for those less able to stand. The entrance is not wide enough for wheelchair access. There is parking outside but not designated. It's on a busy main road so spaces are premium! There is a phone "kiosk" inside that sells phonecards, phones, cases, chargers. The post office sells a few items, cards, envelopes, bubble wrap, packing boxes.

There's no point in this post office existing. Absolutely awful, Lazy and rude staff and just one of the worst in London. If you can avoid it is recommend finding an alternative.

Updated Review - 20/02/2020 - Since this PO was taken over by new management its really good. They've done a marvellous job of building a new reputation and providing a great service so i've changed the review from one star to 4

Very helpful, patient kind lady (with glasses)who helped me send a package to my brother in Canada for the first time. Even though it was busy she was very thorough and helped me sort out all the necessary paperwork

I am using this post office seven years now. Since under new management, the service is great, knowledgeable and quick. Huge difference to previous experiences. Love it.
