Church Road Post Office

This post office seems as if though it's never open! Says it's open on the website ( I always check as I've been there many times before and it's been closed). You can guess it was closed again. The service has always been good, however I'd have better feedback if I could actually send my post here. Please be more reliable, the local people need you!

Worst post office in Manor Park. Use Jack Cornwell Street

Absolutely shocking service. Whenever you go there the queue is out the door and moving slowly. Wasn't able to go there so called to ask a simple question and was told "this is why we don't answer the phone, because people ask us questions". The fact that this is a Post Office seems to be a massive inconvenience to the people that run it. If you go there to buy clothes they have all the time in the world for you but God forbid you actually want to send or receive post.

So bad service! I send royal mail 27th of january 2022. When i tracking my packge number. No found because ther is nothing action delivery till 4 of februari 2022. So i can't tracking. Where they put my package 😠

The guy is nice but the post office is never open and the queues are always so long and slow. Started going to the Jack Cromwell post office instead
*Update* Went here today (22.06.21) and was appalled by the hygiene of the guy at the shop. (Not the post office). The guy sneezed all over his stall twice, this is nasty in normal times but even worse in the middle of a pandemic.

Its a strange post office location, its like inside a sareeh shop, kinda small in size, there where like 4 people infront of me and that alone made the post office feel packed.

Its a good place for a quick letter drop off.

I dont understand why it's fully closed om Saturdays when other post offices are open 😕 very inconvenient and unreliable ill stick with the other post offices near me
