Brackley Close Post Office

Woman behind the counter is always talking about customers in her own language, this is not the way to treat customers who bring in revenue! No attention paid when serving customers either. Very rude and arrogant behaviour. Avoid this place, because she will be talking about you next.

i've been to this post office for years and has never disappointed me. all the staff were friendly to me and they help me with products i can't find, also there's a lot of products they sell instead of just being a post office. Would recommend coming here for your local needs

Unfortunately a 0 is not possible. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and ignorant. I have attended post offices to return parcels many times always using the same method of scanning a QR. This woman refused to do this, probably because I wasn’t paying her anything as it’s free returns. And continued giving me dirty looks and laughing. I will not be returning because of her.

Experience here varies. Often you will go in and there will be a queue at the PO and at the normal counter and one person is going back and forth between the two, when there is a second staff member either in the back or doing things on the floor of the shop. If theres queues you should be both be working with the customers, theres plenty of downtime to do the rest. I do find it very rude that they will try and serve you whilst having chats on the phones with other people, difficult to know when she is talking you or the other person. I wouldnt take a call whilst being served and neither should they when serving, that just my opinion. The PO service is good I can leave a pile of parcels with a list of instructions and go back and pay later if its busy. Can have parcels left there for collection if Im at work. Its also a corner shop and is very expensive for the basics, a 4 pint of milk is 40p more than in the supermarket for eg. Had no issues returning items here, whether buying anything or not - always straight forward. Will always provide proof of postage for any item if I ask. Convenient being a few minute walk from the house - if we dont use these Post Offices they will disappear, like so many have.

Unfortunately I have to attend this post office as its the closest to my home. However, not long ago I went in with a large package. Instead of letting me know POLITELY to bring it earlier in the day, as they have no space in the shop. The 2 men behind the counter actually told me off.... for bringing a package to a post office??... I mean seriously?? How am I supposed to know to bring it earlier if you don't tell me. The staff need some serious customer service training.

Unfortunately the woman manning the counter is extremely rude and did not offer good customer service, and on top of that she was saying insulting things about me in her own language but did not realise I could understand what she was saying. Instead of processing my orders she was too busy talking to people in the back and when she did she was trying to humiliate us for a discrepancy with the postal stamp.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place, judging by other reviews people have also had a similarly unpleasant experience here.

Always a delight to visit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast efficient service.

This place should not be allowed to be called a post office. They told me off for bringing in my parcel at 2pm on a Saturday as their last collection was at 12.
Why open as a post office until later on then? The customer service here is appalling!
I’ve been twice and I rather drive an extra 10 minutes away from home to another post office because of the service in here. The staff here need to be sacked!
