Royal Mail Glaisdale Parkway

Thanks so much for this local delivery office in my area. here in Nottingham..Today, I appreciate specifically the female receptionist or staff that attended to me. I had redirected my item after missing the delivery man yet showed up same day at their office here Glaisdale Parkway as I really wanted to have my item. I could not wait till the next working day. . I complicated the delivery process but the receptionist magnanimity to trace my parcel for me and still handed it over to me today is something I really appreciate. Excellent service and respectful communication from her. Thank you Royal Mail.

Visited Glaisdale Parkway office to collect a parcel and was served by 2 extremely helpful ladies called Wendy and Angie.
They were very professional and extremely pleasant and helpful.
It's so good to be able to visit my local Royal Mail office for advice and support rather than having to do everything over the phone or online.

Brilliant service from the two ladies on reception, especially Seisha who went above and beyond to find a parcel that had been going round in the system for days due to me foolishly putting a wrong postcode on. She then personally called me to let me know it was safe and ready to pick up. Thanks ladies, much appreciated!!

Follow the new opening times about this place. The staff there are very friendly and helpful.
About the delivery, sometimes they don’t follow the instructions to delivery the package.

Very busy place, parking full with narrow road and cars parked on the side, and huge potholes on the road.
Staff is however very friendly and helpful

Went twice to collect birthday present closed an hour early for some reason the first time and they were on strike the second time but didn’t state it was closed online, both times had to do an hour drive

Today Friday 5:20pm the place is closed when they should be open till 6pm.
You guys owe me 30 minutes of life.
Edited: On the website they say they are on strike.. basically every other day. Does anybody work in this country?
