Westminster Park Post Office

Service has really improved, from time to time you even get a smile and a have a nice day...its rare but it happens.

Very rude staff, take more than one parcel in and they look at you like dirt. I will not be going back to this post office in a hurry.

Waiting to collect a parcel since 29th July closed due to technical difficulties?! Still closed 1st August technical difficulties?! is this a joke or cannot post office counters plc sort technical difficulties in this day and age ?!

Standing in queue as we speak , supposed to open at 9....at least in form your customers why. Queue nearly out of the door

Visited the post office today the staff were very friendly and one had a lovely infectious smile 10 out of 10

Service levels plumbing new depths

Very friendly staff. Very informative and really know what they are doing. Only criticism is the queue on occasion which can be alarming in the pandemic as other customers have to negotiate the tailback.
