Firstly while the location is convenient, the building itself is small so loses a star because of lack of counter space, space to queue up etc.
In the number of times I have used this post office however, I can see the people running it are hard working and punctual.
Do they do small talk? No. (I don't equate meaningless small talk with good customer service)
Can they be direct and loud? Yes
Are they difficult to understand? Yes sometimes. That's normal when interacting with people from all walks of life.
Also there seems to be a key theme from all the complaints in that they have "lost" a package.
What most people seem to forget when they've had a bad day is that if a courier sends you a message to say your package has arrived and you rush over expecting it to be there, it's a well known fact that third party couriers mis-time their communications so that's not the fault of the workers over the counter! You should indeed take that up with the courier, not the person over the counter.
Who is to say the package is not still in the van and hasn't yet arrived but is on it's way?
Many times I have experienced this!
I hope people as a whole try to remember that other human beings trying to earn a living also have feelings and dont appreciate nastily being accused of stealing packages without hard proof.
I for one would be sorry to see such a convenient service go because of a few moaners having a bad day.

I went in there to pay some money in as my bank near by closed down. The issue occurred when the card didn't go through the machine. It could have been because it is a brand new card and it hasn't been used yet..
She took the money and went to serve another customer before she made sure she was finished with me.
When I pointed out that the card was declined she irritably walked towards my end and returned me my cash back.
I then had to guess she was finished with me, because without saying anything, she returned to serve other customers.
I then asked her what is happening? Are you finished with me?
She looked at me and told me that my card got declined and that's that.
I then said: I have to guess that that's it?Finished?
Are you going to communicate that with me and maybe ask me if I have another card?
At that point her husband was backing her up as I was the one to be a problem. I left there feeling dismissed and disturbed. I will never be going there ever again.
Who needs that?!
