Rudest costumer service ever. The lady with short hair and glasses doesn't deserve to be working at the counter and do costumer service. I paid a first class delivery on Thursday and I still didn't receive my parcel because they can't delivery in the delivery adress on weekend, so I went there this morning to ask if i can collect it (having my ID and my track number) and the lady didn't explain any reason apart saying that first class or not it doesn't change anything and that I was locked somewhere.
Are you serious? What's the point to pay first class if then the company does whatever they want?
And after she said that she left me there with no answer and started to talk with the costumer after avoiding me.
My parcel it's there in the warehouse/delivery office and I couldn't get it. And none of the staff done anything for.

What a shame, after is been paid first class too!

Don't pay first class to them people, not always correct and obviously they take the money!

Worst sorting office I've ever had the displeasure of going to. In particular the older woman with short hair and glasses that always ensures you leave feeling like you need to go and have a good cry.

Useless - refused to accept drop-off of pre-paid mail, despite guidance to do so online. I suggested they should update online guidance - staff member just dismissively replied with “ok” and walked off.

The staff is amazing. They are very cooperative and will be extremely patient and friendly towards you. The best experience I had with post offices.

The staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Even when there is no other customer and they don’t have anything else to do they don’t help…

It’s 8:13am right now. It opened at 8am and they already have a “back in 15” sign. Truly unbelievable the amount of lazy at this location

unfortunately there is no score equal to zero !!! you absolutely must do something about the staff of this office, especially the lady with the short hair and the eyeglasses! never seen such an unpleasant and unpleasant treatment! hire people who want to work !!! Pathetic brunch staff. Unprofessional and rude. I don’t understand how they get that job! My PCR test was delivered to wrong a address because the postwoman couldn’t be bother to take 4 steps ahead towards my door and put my test into me neighbourhoods door. No one bloody live there for years. Stupid woman named Karen or Karean. I caught her outside but it was too late. She didn’t even say sorry. Pathetic!
