Strand On The Green Post Office

Small post office, sometimes it is very busy but the staff is friendly. There are a pair of chairs if someone feels tired. Also they sell some newspapers and sweets. It looks like an old fashioned shop.

Brand does not offer international driving licence forms.

Staff member took a personal phone call before serving me, a bit unprofessional.

We love Mrs Joshi , this place and her, brings real charm to the area.

The phone was answered abruptly and once I was given the information I
had politely requested, the phone was abruptly put down. I won't make a habit of going there again.

Not a good experience at all last month. I was so happy to find a local PO. However, sporadic opening times, lady not familiar/ up to date with government initiatives. Ended up at PO on the High Street who sorted me out straight away. Needs a major overhaul with service delivery and decor.

I couldn't be happier with this post office so conveniently located serving so many people of different locations. Mrs Joshi is so friendly, helpful, professional and does her job brilliantly! She's so patient as she gets all sorts of people with different attitudes/mannerisms - great customer service!! I must say.
Having opened this post office in 1976 and even commended by the Queen. Tells you alot after all these years, she still loves her job.

I use the post office often and I wouldn't have my business efficiency with sending out online orders if it wasn't for this post office and Mrs Joshi's service.

Mrs Joshi is a local inspiration. Despite losing much if her trade due to new neighbours forcing her to stop selling papers she has kept her magical little post office open and is a bastion of Strand on the Green's tight-knit community

I swear post offices are just going down hill. The one in Kew closes whenever they like and this post office, the 4 times I’ve been past it’s been shut! House are awkward and only open for a few hours a day. Frustrating and inefficient when you need to pick up something that’s been delivered there
