The behavior of a male staff at postal service here is appalling. We frank our own post and normally Royal Mail in town has no problems with our post however he will refuse to take our post even if we are 0.0001g over the weight limit and he often has wonderful remarks such as 'I cannot believe you can get it so wrong', and many other reasons to refuse our post.

Clearly thinks he is the CEO of Royal Mail he needs a promotion ASAP and should be sent directly to work for the Royal Mail head office however note he completely lacks basic customer service skills and is very rude so there might be a slight problem.

If only i could give them 0 stars. The man behind the counter is unbelievably rude despite me letting him know the parcel i returned to Asos 2 weeks ago was returned to my home address instead! I've logged a formal complaint enough is enough

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! The shop clerk has just brought my girlfriend to tears because he thinks he is the post office bully. He has just rejected two parcels which are perfectly acceptable and then decided to try and humiliate my girlfriend by telling her to go away and try again. AVOID this post office at all costs, they don’t deserve the business when they treat hard working members of the public like this.

2022 update. Thought I would give this location a reprieve but I was wrong. Zeros stars if possible. One package they sent and returned to sender never got back to me, so suspect they did not enter return details correctly, Post Office gave me full compensation and another parcel they kept saying was medium and not small, was accepted by another post office as small when we went through dimensions. So obviously again trying it on...

2020. If the post office is closed, do not use the counter at the front of the shop. The male staff member with glasses will not explain the services on offer and will charge for the more expensive services. Just be aware. Realise they did not even measure.

Always helpful staff, last visit was given advice to use x service rather than one I thought I needed, same service but substantially cheaper.

Miss to get looted from the male clerk today. I was suppose to send a letter size parcel for someone and went to the post office just to inquire about the cost. He quoted me £3.20 and was shocked to hear the amount.. he had no smile nor willingness to help attitude.. I decided to post it later because I had other errands to carry on.. when I later came back, there was another guy on the counter and charged me just £1 which I was shocked and told him that the other guy misquoted me in spite of weighing the parcel earlier. He was shocked too... thank God I went in later to post my parcel.. Royal mail should hire people who are not loyal.

The guy with the glasses behind the glass window has to be the rudest person and most arrogant I’ve ever met. Everyone I know who uses this shop says the same. Please remove this man from shop so it can be less stressful each and everytime it’s used. Or if you own it sell up please !!! Word of advice to the little man behind the counter. Learn to speak to people correctly and give your job up. You are useless and your other male partner with glasses. The lady who works in his place is a lovely individual. Shame she can’t work behind the post office counter instead that little man !!!

Rejected my parcel with a prepaid label which weighted even less than the maximum exceeded amount! He said parcel was a medium sized. Yes and Royal mail website asks for weight not dimension I've replayed. He still refused even thought he is wrong!! Unbelievable! He has done the same to a lady before me. Is this a joke?
