London Bridge Post Office

Have used this post office three times - every time very polite and efficient, the queue moves pretty quickly. The last time I was there I was late, and one of the members of staff was kind enough to finish his working day few minutes later to help me with my parcel.

Omar was absolutely fantastic. I am trying to renew my passport and went in to submit my paper application. Omar said instead he would do the application online with me and take my photo and send my old passport off. Really was such a brilliant service! Now I just pray I get the new passport back in time for my trip 🙏🏻 I really recommend this branch and Omar.

Terrible personal last week collect my order with bank card today I can't they need my passport, but if I don't have passport waiting when government send to me back and if I am not driving how can collect my parcel, is absolutely unbelievable i show to them pictures my parcel,but.... I said to lady can I speak with a manager she said no manager on this time already left, amazing post office open only with team members.

Go when it's off-peak and it'll be a fast and concise exchange. When it's peak times the staff are visibly annoyed and questions are poorly answered, and that's after a long wait up to 30 minutes.

Very poor attitude towards customers. Got shouted at “Don't tell me how to do my job” by one of the workers when I politely told him to press firmly on my label.

Arrived at this post office at 4:50 and it was closed, although the closing time is 5:30! I went out of my way to get there so I'm very annoyed.

Beyond ridiculous!! Sent Christmas cards, paid for priority and 8 DAYS later they came back to me!! 4 days before Christmas!! What is priority for????? What kind of people are working there???? I double checked if addresses are written in the right way as well, additionally wrote TO and FROM, and even that didn’t serve..
Came back again, thanks to Gary, he was helpful and kind, helped me to send the envelopes in the way so even a 5year old would understand the delivery address….

Posted Christmas cards before the cut off date on their wall.. none arrived.. not sure what they did with them - but what's the point of having guaranteed delivery when you know about strikes and still can't do it
