I went into the post office trying to return items. The lady that served me was incredibly rude. She was very aggressive. I ended up having to ask her if she was okay because of how unnecessarily aggressive she was being. Terrible customer service. However when I do go there there’s usually a lovely lady with maroon/ red hair. She’s very kind and makes the experience great.

I visited the post office today to return a parcel that just needed scanning. Which should be quite a quick process. There was about 5 people in the queue in front of me. I waited for over half an hour. Not easy when wearing an orthopedic boot due to having a broken ankle. I did think of using the self service tills but every customer that used it had to call for help. The frustrating thing was that there was only 1 member of staff having to leave the counter numerous times to help. I felt sorry for the lady working on there, as she shouldn't be left alone to cover both.

Worlds worst run post office. A queue of people waiting and the woman at the kiosk closes it, walks off, and starts dragging around bags of letters before chatting with her colleague. I was third in the queue and it took 45 mins to be served. When a customer asked how long she intended to be, the response was spat back "when I am done!".

On a positive, I had ample time to read a bill bryson book and managed to find a chair to sit on in the queue whilst I read, waited, and grew old.

Takes on average 40 minutes to send something here, they often have one staff member to serve at least 20 people, the staff are either rude but most often nice but clearly stressed with how understaffed they are. One time the server was close to tears. Over 10 years ago when we had a proper Royal Mail owned post office things were different, you would wait 2 minutes.

Had an unused £30 Postal Order.
2 RM staff refused to redeem it.
Went to Farnborough PO and was redeemed in about 1 minute.
I now only use Camberley PO if using stamp machines - for counter service I go elsewhere.

If I could give zero star I would. I really don't understand what's the point of having this post office. Nobody is ever there to help you, on weekends (and now weekdays too) only the self service is open. Or if you are lucky to have someone there they cannot do anything other than putting a stamp on your letter( that you can do on the self service desk anyway) ridiculous.

this place is an absolute joke. The queue is always the length of the shop and the staff do nothing to speed up the queue time, takes about 10 minutes to send one parcel. I waited today for 30 minutes to RETURN a parcel, it only needed the barcode scanning which takes 2 seconds. Both self service counters were broken as usual, I had to join the queue for the one lady that was behind the counter. Eventually another lady came along to open a till and had obviously never been shown how to use a till, I had to tell her how to scan the bar codes and stick the correct stickers on the parcel! Please train the very few staff you have properly…

I didn't want to add any stars... The post office service is an absolute mess to say the least. The staff are ride and the level of service is shocking. I tried to self serve the other day and they didn't have the correct stickers for parcels. The response from staff was 'can't find them'. You'll have to pay double.
The customer isn't right in their eyes. The place is always busy due to the lack of energy and support from staff.. Then place needs an overhaul of staff and assurance by the higher management...
