Ambergate Road Sub Post Office

Went to great lengths to help me out with taxing my car as i didnt have all the neccesary paperwork

Perfect place to purchase groceries and to post.

Forgive my honesty but, for a backwater Post Office in a dingy, pokey shop the staff are really nice people but, and more importantly to me, they are competent at delivering a professional service.

No one was wearing face masks and I didn't get a proper postage receipt asked for i.e. with the address on I was sending. The wait was forever with 1 person serving.

The staff are friendly, but the post office is in a bungalow area with elderly and disabled people many on mobility scooters. The single door is always closed, and people can't get in on mobility scooters. The door desperately needs to be changed to a self opening one and made a little wider.
