Saxilby Post Office

very friendly & helpful post office , hope this one doesn't close , 10 times better than the one on the Birchwood shopping centre in Lincoln. Unfortunately, since my original review this post office has now been closed which is a great shame for the people of Saxilby and indeed many others like me who used it because of the woeful post office on the birch wood

Nice clean shop. More expensive than the big stores, but that's where convenience comes in. The staff can't do enough for you and tills are opened if there's a queue. Can't fault the store and use it most days

Very unpleasant staff depending on how local you are.
Tried to return a parcel to Asda using the correct postage label as stated on the Asda website, but was told I needed a different returns label which is not true.
It clearly states on the Asda website:

Make sure you include the returns note and place the sticky label on the outside of the package.

Who stacks cakes on their side so all the fillings fall off ? The Co-op in Saxilby, that's who. Dam you gravity, you win again.

The Post office staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. Despite ringing at lunchtime they answered the phone swiftly and took the time to explain a particular application process to me. Thank you Gina

Went to exchange left over currency I got via the post office delivery to home service only to be told I couldn’t as they only exchange currency got direct from them. Have done it there several times before and post office site says they should do it there.

Useless, they are meant to close at 5:30pm but close early. I turned up at 5:28pm to collect a click and collect parcel and the closed signs were on, the girl had cashed up and refused to serve me. Terrible customer service!!

The staff who work on the desk at the post office are lovely and extremely helpful as are the staff which work in the main shop ,clearly speaks volumes as to what kind of egotistical dunce would leave a 1 star review 🤣
