Northampton Road Post Office

Very good and reliable postal services. Always took my parcels any day of the week and never had a problem. Also shop inside is very handy. Working long hours and very helpful owners. So impressed overall!

Very bad post office, refused my parcel then they marked it as return to sender, not happy with them. Don't use this post office for parcel collection, very bad review and not worth any stars at all.

I was collecting my recently passed away dad's estate letter and received a rude and questioning service which proves that the man in question does not care about the customer and is simply rude and disrespectful without knowing the customer's circumstances, even when they try to explain. I collected letter 2 weeks after requesting redelivery due to catching covid and being abroad in between but did he care? Nope and yes, he doesn't need to, but he just needs to stop assuming and get better at customer service.

You should make sure to update the opening times online. Online it states open until 1 on Saturdays and I just got there to find out you close at 12!!!! Ridiculous

This post office and shop is amazing. The staff and owner and his wife go beyond to help you, and cater to all needs. I use the post office regularly and have never been let down or disappointed. All my post gets to where it’s meant to go and in time. Good honest old fashioned first class service

Awful post office! Arranged to get my parcel delivered here as its on the way to work so thought it would be easier for me. Plus isnt that why we still have a post office? To make lives easier?? Apparently this post office refused to accept my parcel, which then got returned and then misplaced by the courier. Nightmare just before christmas! This post office needs new staff and new management. Every single time there is a queue to the door and slow unhappy grumpy staff behind the counter!!

I would NOT recommend this post office as they don't explain that if you send your parcel by 1st class sign for post that they or parcelforce have the rights to steal your parcels. My parcel which was a present for this Tuesday has gone missing and I can't do anything for 2 weeks then I can get a missing parcel letter from this post office to then look into my missing parcels. This service is shocking and in this day and age should not be allowed. They want to know what's in the parcel before you send it so they know if its probably worth stealing or not.

Bit of a challenge to get into the shop past the overflowing boxes of tat for sale floor to ceiling. Once you find the queue (which there WILL BE) expect to wait around 15mins listening to the grumbles of the staff behind the counter.
Im yet to see anyone leave here with a smile on their face.
