Blackfriars Post Office

Literally the rudest staff sitting behind the counters. One of the female staff members in particular is the worst. Has no idea on how to politely converse with people, gets irritated when a customer asks questions and makes it extremely evident on her face. Makes it look like she's doing us a favour by attending to us.
However, they're definitely good at making extra money! A customer after me asked for a bit of tape to seal their package, and the lady told him he'll be charged for it. For a few strips of tape. For a tiny package.

Colleague didn’t even say hello. Was very rude and told me I had the wrong label on my parcel when I was using the label it came with (clothes return), and I have done this many times at other post offices. There were no customers so I can’t even say the place was busy to excuse her behaviour. That 10 second interaction put me off ever setting foot in that place again. Would not recommend.

I’m shocked at the bad reviews. This is the loveliest post office I’ve been to in my life (Neelam is amazing, the lady on the very left handside). I used to get really bad anxiety going to the post office in london bridge, as the staff are beyond rude and always charge you more than your parcel size. But here, I would like to thank Neelam for always being SO kind and cheerful. She deserves a raise, such a lovely person

I'm an international tourist and was there to send 7 suitcases through the parcel service. Neelam and Rekha tag-teamed to really help me through the process, helped me pick the best options for the shipping service and were extremely patient as we completed the whole process. Truly outstanding customer service!

I work for a hotel within the area and frequent Blackfriars Post Office for guests. The staff are exceptional and deserving of praise. A special shout out to Adran for being so helpful and Neelam for her constant professionalism. A shining light on our postal service.

Impressed with the staff here. I'm sorry but I was not able to get her name. The lady with blonde hair has been very helpful in 2 separate occasions in arranging my shipment and cutting the cost.

I had posted a one star review during the lockdown, which I am now changing back to a 4 star after speaking with staff about my previous experience. I am amazed at the instant recall memory of staff members on my visit and very happy with service received today. Sometimes it's a simple matter of communication. Thank you for todays transaction and customer Care. I appreciate your efforts and clarifying the situation.
