Chesham Post Office

The staff is very helpful. Most of them have a smile on their face even if you're dropping off 44 parcels :) I highly recommend this post office.

Dreadful. Terrible. Awful. These words don’t do justice to how bad this post office is. Interminable queues, staff more concerned with marshalling the queue than serving customers and when they do you get the third degree about what you’re sending. Often the highest price is quoted rather than the most applicable service. The counter at the front doesn’t sell stamps. Just fixing that would be an enormous help but they don’t. I’ve written this and hardly moved in the queue. Avoid.

Polite staff but the man wrote out the wrong address on my parcel (despite reading it off my phone) and now it’s gone missing…

I went to this post office to re new my drivers license. Wow what amazingly friendly staff. They were so helpful and made the whole thing very easy. Thank you everyone at Chesham post office very warm and friendly place.

Very good service, lots of items in shop including foil balloons with a great variety and reasonable price.

Helpful efficient staff. In and out in a couple of minutes. And this branch does have a label printing service e.g. for Amazon QR code returns (not clear on the post office / Royal Mail website)
