Abertillery Post Office

Hit and miss when wanting to post things after work. Often see the dreaded post office desk is closed after 5pm sign. How are people in full time jobs supposed to post things? Better off using the store on Tillery Road

Nice staff and they slushes are soo good I have one like everyday apart from when they slush machine is broken it takes them like 3 weeks for them to fit it xx

Only put one star as there isn't an option for none. Rude and unhelpful. The man would rather look on his phone than serve you. Will not use again.

It says the post office is open this is not true just been there they are closed on Saturday as well

Hit but mainly a miss bring back non privatised post offices two reasons...
1) The shops were cleaner
2) Mobiles weren't around then so actually got eye to eye contact at least they pretended to be interested
3) They would have the money to pay all those poor postmasters they made scapegoats of.O actually they did that already put up the postage and made Joe public pay

You can never get served where the post office is in the shop because not open all the time. Got to get served by the tills right by the front door.

Staff always on phone. Very bad customer service. Post office staff doesn't know how to do any basic post office tasks. Says the manager can do it but they're not in today. Then what's the point of being here and open if there's no one who can do it
