Avoid this letting agent at all costs. Fantastic when you view a property. But once you are in there its a different story. I rented a flat with a huge damp and mould problem which damaged my clothes and furniture. They were not interested. Left it cleaner than it was when I moved in . He criticised everything and made me feel like trash when I handed the keys over.

Katie, Mel and Sara have all been amazing since we moved into our property in Melbourne. From the initial viewing to moving in, as well as handling any issues with the property. Everything is done with a smile and a kind word. Nothing is ever a problem. Thanks!!

Excellent service. When criticising this establishment people need to differentiate between landlord and managing agent. Katie and her staff give 100%. So I feel some comments on here are spoilers especially when Katie is referred to as a ‘he’. One of the associated contractors Austin Properties used was unreliable. This issue has been resolved.

Avoid this letting agent at all costs.
3 years of renting from these and the shower screen still leaked after they informed me from day 1. The ceiling came in eventually but the 24 hour number for plumbers you get in the pack just hang up. Fixed the ceiling but never fixed shower. This agent also enters your property when you not there and doesnt give notice on this visit. This agent expects you to hand in your keys at the end of tenancy and still says your liable for rent when you dont have keys. This agent charges you for photographs when you end your tenancy but doesnt provide evidence when you ask to see them. This agent wants you to make this property in better confition when you leave than what they give to you at the start. This agent will stop any of your deposit for the most ridiculous thing. In my eyes this company rip YOU off and breach their side of the tenancy. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Katie and her team are amazing... Always helpful...and very quick to deal with issues! I only had a few typical little house issues in the 3 yrs with them and they were dealt with very quickly.
No worries about deposit returns... Very honest and very fair.

Katie and Mel are great, I've moved around quite a bit, rented my fair share of properties, and this is the friendliest and most chilled out letting agents I've ever used. Easy to get on with, flexible, professional and deposit was returned very quickly at the end of the tenancy - highly recommend. Melbourne's a fantastic place to live too, lots of countryside and friendly locals.

AMAZING. My first foray into being a landlady, and wow Mel & Katie have gone above and beyond throughout. Amazing, professional, friendly service - nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend to everyone whether you're the renter or rentee! No question too stupid, no issue too big. Brilliant communication, perfect example of customer service at every turn. Simply the BEST.
