The children’s library is adorable, with good amount and variety. The staffs are very helpful. We love coming here ☺️☺️☺️

Came to study for an upcoming exam, most of the session was spent wasted trying to focus as the librarian decided to speak at the top of his voice trying to explain how to scan pages of forms for a library user, personal details now known to all! The library user was so quiet we barely heard him at all but thanks to the Librarian we were all fully versed in what he was scanning to whom he was trying to send it and what he was attempting to scan to the council. Absolutely awful experience in all, felt awful for the poor man.

Nice modern type library, decent selection of reading matter, (so far so good). Staff service not worth a light, asked for assistance, totally mugged me off, their so called help was no use whatsoever.
Didn't have the balls to tell me they won't help.
Better off in library on 'Dog Island'. Staff willing to help there.

The Library is pretty nice can be a little noisy in the lab from time to time. But my main concern is the internet is very slow especially taking into account all the people using the internet. Please Idea store if you are reading this fix this issue. Otherwise very nice library in my opinion.

Great local library for the people of tower hamlets, its a shame the other boroughs don't have something like this as it is more then just your typical library. They have a lot of service for young children especially over the school holidays as well as older children and for adults from all backgrounds you can come in and just socialise with others or do one of the adult short courses.

I love this place! A nice place to study books and finish other essential works including scanning and photocopy documents. The resources (books) are very useful as I quite often visit with my little daughter. Book collection can be increased.

We went to borrow some chapter books for my eight year old. Unfortunately, because we haven't been active on our account, our account got terminated which means another trip will need to be made with ID to make a new application. This is quite a nuisance.
However, we did stay for the story session and my three year old loved it! Hopefully next we come, we can take some books.
