I had a very bad experience and highly not recommend Empire Estates. Disappointed to find the property is sold whilst I am still viewing the property. In my opinion agents have their own agenda, very unprofessional and total time wasters.

I've had a really good experience with this agency. I was looking for a rental and as we care for a couple of members of our household our application was different from usual. Kabir, initially showed me round the property and he was friendly engaging and professional . From that moment on he went, "the extra mile" to accommodate my concerns and requirements.  I dealt a lot with Maisie at the Burnley office and again she was friendly, professional and efficient but also she handled my concerns with understanding and care.
I would highly recommend this agency and will certainly be reccomending them to others.
