Would 100% recommend Rent Hemel Hempstead for their brilliant services and for taking good care of their tenants. I've rented from them and the process was smooth. The information they provide before the actual move date is incredible and not like any other lettings agency i have ever seen before. They inform their tenants everything - being very transparent with the process, and has proper procedures in place to protect the interests of their tenants (and possibly their landlords too). A reasonable and good check was conducted on me before accepting my offer which i thought was very professional and peace of mind for my landlord, and I was also provided with a how-to-rent guide (would recommend reading this as it covers everything you need to know). The staff were incredibly helpful - including Lorraine, Tina, Ellen, and of course Luke, were all amazing!

Inspections at the property by Melody every 4 months are carried out without any problems and get the report of that visit within days of being carried out. Any queries raised from these inspections get picked up and sorted.

Rent Hemel Hempstead have been first rate in helping me find a tenant for my property. They have offered excellent advice all the way and been very patient with me, as it was a bit of a long journey getting the property up to rental standards.

I'd certainly recommend their services to anyone looking into potentially renting out a home, as they make sure you're aware of all your landlord obligations and everything that you'll need to do when letting out.

Hopefully my tenant will stay for quite a while, but if they do move out, I will definitely be contacting Rent Hemel Hempstead again.

Every time she comes over she makes sure any problems are reported and provides advice on what we can do to fix certain issues.
