We have known Centurion Property and Paul Wood for 18 years since 1998 when we rented our first flat, moved to a 2 bed flat, letting out a flat, selling our house, and finally selling the flat in 2016. Every time they gave a good service. I would recommend Centurion Property to anyone.

We used Paul and his friendly team to sell our house this year. From the very first contact, Centurion were full of good advice about the market and how to sell our house. Assistance, availability and persistence to sell were second to none.
Cost wise was comparable to the online only 'agents' without any of the worry. When the sale stalled, they were there, pushing buttons and mediating between buyer, vendor, agents and solicitors to get the deal over the line. Paul & Co. would be keeping us informed and advising us all the way, whoever picked up the phone was aware of our situation and updated us accordingly.
I really can't recommend Centurion enough. We have relocated now to our dream home and are telling everyone who will listen (and those that don't!) about the great service received.

The purchase of my property was very testing at times due to it taking just over 7 months to complete. However I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Centurion. They were very reactive to my many phone calls and went the extra mile, including clearing the property of furniture that had been left by the seller
