Me and my partner have been looking for a house for the last 3 months. With the current housing market it has been rather hard. After encountering many different estate agents and landlords I can whole heartedly say Ellie from move estate agents was by far the best customer service we could have asked for. Ellie went above and beyond to help us finally succour an amazing house that we can call a home. I would recommend to anyone. If we are ever in the position again where we are looking for a house the first place we will be visiting is move estate agents in Gloucester.

When I started looking at houses to buy, I always thought that MOVE sales and lettings have exceptional choices of properties. When our offer was finally accepted, I was happy that it was with this company. I would highly recommend them, especially Chloe, who is the manager for compliance of property, for doing a job well done! She ensures that the target date of both the seller and buyer is achieved and keeps you updated on the progress of the sale. She goes above and beyond and makes sure she replies to your queries. I think as first-time buyer, we are very anxious and sometimes wants to have an update or information about the status of the buying process. She doesn’t ignore emails and responds promptly, lowering our stress levels. She is for sure the star of the agency! We were letting a property in Gloucester and decided to use Move. After our Initial email to them we were contacted very quickly by Ellie. The whole process was then conducted by Ellie who explained all of our options and the various services and costs for each. It was very refreshing that there was no hard pitch to get us to sign up immediately even though after just half an hour going through everything, we both decided that Move were the ones we were going to use. The property was on the market within a week and viewings happened within a few days. All the prospective tenants that made offers were shown to us and with Ellies help we decided on the tenant that we felt best suited the property and our needs. All in all, a first-class service and can cannot recommend Ellie and Move enough. We started the process less than three weeks ago and the tenants moved in Yesterday so well-done Move.

I've worked with Move numerous times over the last couple years across their lettings, sales and maintenance teams and can only say good things. I've worked with multiple people across the business and always found them to polite, knowledgable, transparent and always working with a sense of urgency which has helped us develop a strong working relationship. Rachel has made a huge difference in maintenance since I've worked with her and it's made everyone's life easier. Harry will always be a go to call for me anything property after a great experience with him letting a HMO conversion we completed. I've also worked with George more recently and found him to be very approachable and very fair/compassionate when things didn't quite go to plan which I think is reflected across the teams attitude day to day and how they've helped overcome problems when they arise.
