I have used Elwell Taylor for the rental of my property, I live in Dorset so using a professional and reliable estate agent is invaluable. I have used many Estate Agents and have to say that Elwell Taylor are the best I have ever dealt with. They are responsive and informative and know the market well. They also care about their client making it so much easier to make informed decisions.

I was recommended Elwell Taylor by a friend who works in the property sector. I need someone to manage my property which I was letting. I've found them to be very helpful throughout my business relationship with them, payments are prompt, problems are proactively addressed and my tenants like them as well. Regular checks are made of the property and a quick report fed back to me. I'd recommend them.

We have been renting a property through Elwell Taylor for little over a year now and I can say that they excel at what they do. They have been very quick to respond and resolve any issues that have arisen with the property in the most professional way. Thanks particularly to Helen who we mostly deal with but all of the staff that we speak to are very quick to help. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED! They forced themselves In the flat without my permission! I feel violated!

Helen lied to my son that I gave her access. Then she lied again that I rescheduled! By the way I am a foreigner but I am working in the property industry and I know my rights as a tenant.

Plus they dont even speak to each other so they are blaming someone else for their mistakes.

Helen is the most rude and horrible person I have ever met. Please note that I used to be a property manager and I know the process!!!
