Brookbanks Swanley have been amazing. We have never rented a property before and Emma and Colin were so helpful. The communication was fantastic and they dealt with everything promptly.

Colin, Emma & Jenny do a great job managing the rental of our property, they're a responsible and dependable team since we don't live nearby. We have known Colin & Jenny for around 12 years and the whole team do a great job keeping our property tenanted and our house and tenants looked after. We have no hesitation recommending Brookbanks if you have similar needs.

I used Brookbanks 3 years ago and was happy with their service. I did leave a review then, but it wouldn't let me leave a second review, so I've deleted that and putting a new up to date review. I'll post my old words at the bottom of this review.

Had a great 5 star service from Karen. Was always friendly and on top of things.

My only issues were the girl (I think Becky?) doing my viewings was repeatedly late and often potential buyers were waiting for her. Secondly, they recommended Apex Law as a solicitor for my sale and it wasn't great service.

Brookbanks have restored my faith about Estate Agents. We bought with Brookbanks and the experience was great. Absolutely no issues. Considering the issues I had with the Estate Agents selling my property it was nice to have one side of the process being on the ball. Thanks to Ben in particular who dealt with us. I would highly recommend and although we are in our forever home. If we did ever need an Estate Agent we would not hesitate to use Brookbanks. Thanks guys!

In my 6 months living in Swanley, I was looked after very well by the team, any problems I had was taken care of within a few days. Sadly I had to move away but if I ever come back to the area I will go straight back the brookbanks I. Swanley.

Our experience purchasing a property from Brookbanks was fantastic. We were always kept up to date with the progression of our purchase and they liaised between ours and the seller's solicitors, keeping us informed. They were a friendly team and reliable, always endeavouring to answer our many questions and made the experience easier than we'd expected!

I've recently just finished the process of buying and selling through Brookbanks. This was the first time of doing so with an Estate Agents and I would recommend Brookbanks immediately - from start to finish they were friendly, informative and kept us up to date with all we needed to know.

We saw the listing of the house we bought in August, even though we were not on the market, we were able to view the house the next day, and a week later our flat was on the market, and we accepted an offer not even another week later.
