I purchased my house through Evolution Estate about 8 years ago and they have managed my property ever since. They are very professional and I feel that I have been looked after extremely well. Basically I sat back and they took all the worries away.
I would highly recommend them. I totally trust them without any reservation.
We are parting company now as it is our retirement home .

Absolutely brilliant service from the team. Effficient and and great communicators. Expectation management is on the ball. The work they have done to get us moved has been great in the absence of any efficient conveyancing solicitors. From experience, I’d recommend the team at Evolution Estates over any larger firm to anyone due to the personal touch they provide. Customer focus is their goal and they actually sell houses not just list then.

My experience with Evolution Estates,
has been nothing but positive. I have lived in one of there properties for approximately 2 years. Nothing seems too small to sort out if you have a problem. Very helpful staff and understanding which is what you want from a company. They do go above and beyond so extremely happy and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a property to rent. Even if the first property that you choose has gone they are very willing to help you find something else they may be suitable for you needs.

I recently bought a house and Evolution Estates were the estate agent for the seller. Our conveyancing process took a long time and was not straightforward, but Asha, Gino and Toby supported us every step of the way. The team were very responsive, professional and helpful. I felt that they genuinely cared about our move and did everything in their power to help make it happen. Would highly recommend them!

Evolution Estates did a very professional job of finding us an excellent tenant and then managing the property for us and when we decided to sell, they Marketed it professionally and it sold very quickly,. Their Management Fee and then their selling fee were both very competitive. They were responsive to calls and queries and managed the flat completely for us when it had a tenant in it. When we came to sell we choose to stay with them, they did an excellent job and helped us enormously when selling by doing things like taking the meter readings for us so we did not have to travel to the property. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The previous company (a large High Street letting agent that will remain nameless) who had the property before were awful and ended up costing us money. Evolution Estates has the advantage of an owner / manager who both cares and is excellent at his job as well as having a well trained and loyal team under him. Evolution Estates restored our faith in letting agents and made owning and then selling a flat a very pleasant and cost effective experience.

I cannot rate the team at Evolution Estates highly enough. This is the second time I have used them for the sale of a property. From the valuation, through to completion each member of the team I dealt with was attentive and professional. So much care and attention to detail was taken when photographing our house. We were kept up to date weekly on the progression of our sale, which was swift and the whole process was just seamless. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else.
