Ashford Lettings

We moved from Essex to Ashford recently (work purposes) and required a suitable place for my wife and our children for the longer term. I cannot stop praising both Hayley and Julie - they have been extremely obliging, outstandingly patient and very approachable in order to ensure we had a comfortable transfer especially as we were reallocating from one area to another. They were not pressurising in any way, I respected them even further when they guided us to the local amenities, schools within our area and other points of interest of which as one can imagine - we did not have too much of an inkling, I sincerely 'engrave' my opinion with delight as Ashford Lettings deserve to be 'honored.'

Great service from Ashford Lettings. We moved to Ashford from out of the area and Hayley and Julia were great in making sure that the house was ready as quickly as possible for the move. Everything went very smoothly and communication has been great so far. A much more personal touch than some of the larger chain agents, would definitely recommend.

Ashford Lettings have always been friendly and very quick to respond with any issues that arise. Julia is really lovely to talk to on the phone and Hayley who I have met in person is also lovely. As a tenant it is very reassuring. If something needs attending to at the property that is for the Landlord to deal with, the contractors that Ashford Lettings use are also quick to make contact and very friendly. They are also happy to accommodate me around my workings hours so that I am not out of my place of work too long or they will meet me on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Ashford Lettings for their friendly and efficient service.

Julia and Hayley are very professional and easy to deal with - they are extremely quick and efficient in finding and processing prospective tenants, and in addition have the same speed and efficiency in sorting out any maintenance problems which arise during the course of a tenancy. If we could give 10 stars we would! We can highly recommend Ashford Lettings, both Julia and Hayley were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Responsive, friendly, professional and 'streets' ahead of other local agents we attempted to engage with! The whole process was entirely stress free and enjoyable.

5 stars is truly not high enough! Both Hayley and Julia have been nothing but spitacular. Quick replying, on hand if needed and always trying to make everything flow as as easy and quick as possible. We couldn't recommend highly enough.
