Having recently sold our property we could not have been more impressed by the friendly and attentive service provided by Andy and Naz, from viewings to exchange they were fantastic.
We were put at ease immediately as it was clear these guys really know their stuff! We were communicated with proactively throughout which took away any of the much anticipated stresses of selling our home. The team could not have been more helpful and really went above and beyond our expectations.

The estate agent had a strong relationship with the builders that left the house is a terrible state. Before exchanging we were promised fitted wardrobes and other fixing, they cancelled this the day before. I’m outraged. I tried to contact the estate and builders, with no success.
Check your homes properly before buying from Miles and Bird Estate. Almost now 2 years trying to fix everything bit by bit. Awful experience.
Andrew drove the process forward at every stage, and meant that the completion occurred before the September 30th cutoff for Stamp duty holiday - also meaning that their client was able to meet their deadlines for completion as well.
Also I would like to give credit to Sheila at Miles and Bird for her excellent advice when I was in the early stages of buying, giving tips on how best to find the right property and the best number to view before making a decision. That advice stuck with me throughout the stages up to making the offer and was extremely valuable.
