Naz and the entire team were a pleasure to deal with, providing us with regular and full updates with regard to the entire chain and proactively kept the transaction moving forward even when we had some problems below us in the chain. We recently sold our house with Miles & Bird and couldn't recommend them more highly. It was a long and complicated process and they were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, patient and supportive throughout.
Perhaps the best thing was that they never seemed like stereotypical estate agents - they were always ready to offer advice during our drawn-out buying process rather than pushing their own agenda.

Miles and Bird Estate agent was the worst experience to date buying a home. Let me bullet point many issues we had buying this home. All was covered to avoid the following issues:

Cross Meters
Broken Doors and walls falling apart
Electrical wires completely damaged
Holes underneath the peninsula
A loft falling apart
Bifold door completely damaged (we weren’t allowed to touch the door cause of COVID)

The estate agent had a strong relationship with the builders that left the house is a terrible state. Before exchanging we were promised fitted wardrobes and other fixing, they cancelled this the day before. I’m outraged. I tried to contact the estate and builders, with no success.
Check your homes properly before buying from Miles and Bird Estate. Almost now 2 years trying to fix everything bit by bit. Awful experience.

I mostly dealt with Andrew in my engagement with Miles and Bird and I don't think the experience could have been more positive. Andrew is helpful, supportive, patient and attentive. The advice I received throughout the process of buying a flat from one of their clients really helped the process to go smoothly and for it to be very pleasant.

Andrew drove the process forward at every stage, and meant that the completion occurred before the September 30th cutoff for Stamp duty holiday - also meaning that their client was able to meet their deadlines for completion as well.
