I found Chelsey highly supportive and responsive with progressing the sale of my home and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell at such testing times.

I dealt with Tom Fitch and couldn't be happier with the service provided. I had a number of local agents out and felt the evaluations were a unrealistic and high. Tom explained to me thoroughly how he would get me the best price and he overachieved by getting me 12k over my asking price.

Had a on the phone valuation! How can this be correct when not seen the quality of decor? Wasn’t asked any questions about property except if I had garage ! Asked what I thought it might be worth then was added £10,000 above what I had mentioned! So not really very accurate! Obviously because I wanted it valued for equity and not selling , might have been a different outcome

Morgan Barrett, Eleanor Dempsey and David Tomlin have done a fantastic job at listing our property, arranging viewings and helping liaise with potential buyers and directly with our developer. Whilst we were unable to sell our property due to the terrible market conditions caused by our former Prime Minister and her government, and the awful problems caused by it (mortgage products removed, sellers and buyers pulling out from the market) we managed to list our property and arrange viewings online in less than a week as a result of the monumental effort by the Douglas Allen Hornchurch team.

Absolutely excellent handling with our purchase a few months ago. From start to finish, David & Chelsea ensured we were kept updated along the way and were always on hand for enquiries & advice.
