My wife and I decided to sell our property and relocate to Lancashire, we decided to put our house on the market with Jayman, It was all very seamless and in 2 days photographs had been taken, the write up written and approved and pictures in the branch window displayed and the “for sale” sign up.
Communication from Jayman sales office was excellent with regards to arranging viewings and feedback from potential buyers.
Our house has now been sold, thank you Jayman

We recently used Jayman to sell our house and their service was excellent!
They were there all the way through the process to guide us - after the sale, as well as getting us an offer we were very happy with.
We would definitely use Jayman again!

Absolutely shocking. Allowed myself and my partner to travel from London to view a house which was magically 'let agreed' half an hour after the viewing, even though we were told all applications would go to the landlord for a decision.

We then booked a second viewing of another property and arrived at the set time, to phone and be told that we couldn't view as 'the tenant had coronavirus' - and let us travel London to Birmingham again without telling us this. Upon viewing the website, we can now see that the let had been agreed to someone else three days prior to our scheduled viewing. So not only are they unprofessional, they also don't mind lying to prospective tenants. Avoid like the plague, have now agreed a letting with a much more reputable agent.

Awful experience using them to buy. I Purchased a property through Jaymans and have to say they were awful. Didn’t contact me once off their own backs, I had to chase every single time and didn’t have any contact with them at all for 7 weeks when they had the nerve to call the day before exchange to ask me for an update!

They made it such a stressful experience- I ended up searching for the vendor and reaching out on social media to get updates as to what was happening.

The only good thing about the whole experience is that I know I would never sell or purchase another property through them.

Don't rent from these people, they put the rent up every six months, do nothing about structural issues in the flat, didn't fix the oven the whole time we were there. The 'inspection' of the flat every 6 months, we reported all the issues (again), and the report came back that everything was fine. Including the garden....in a flat...there was no garden. Oh, not to mention they've withhold part of a deposit for 'dust' and an oven that was dirty (it was dirty when we moved in and I have photos to prove it). Imagine dust in an empty flat!

Not worth the hassle at all, rent from someone else.

Absolutely horrible people to work for, we as employees called them the muppets from the muppet show, wouldn’t trust them with a Wendy house, never mind a real house.

First of all House inspection were done twice on there takeover and the two times we picked out the faults with the house we were renting ( mould everywhere for 8 years we were there, no ventilation In the house witch was never rectified, rising damp mostly throughout the house the roof was leaking for 2-3 years which lead to our lighting on the ceiling being surrounded with damp and unsafe and was pointed out on each inspection, landlords mother even told us jayman never contacted them about the faults either and that they did not know as weren't even notified, lowndes estate agents before them were the same reported faults and never acted upon. When after moving in we started to notice all the mould cover ups with the different paint and all the cracks around the inside of the property' started to show, this was also pointed out on each inspection which to our surprise was never rectified after each year thus getting worse. Now moved out had an email stating they were keeping the deposit due to rent arrears and when questioned and told we paid a month's rent in advance aswel as the deposit and a month's rent upfront they turned there attention to the house being cleaned and grass not being mowed, the house was cleaned when left and for an eighth year in a row I'm sorry we could not clean any more mould as it was making us all ill. Only when the house was going to be sold then they wanted to know about all the faults with the house. So in the end its either these who didn't tell the landlord or the landlord didn't act and us as Tennants were the poor ones suffering. I'm just glad we will never be in this position again.

Awful experience. Called to request to view
a property to rent, no one got back to us for several weeks and when they did call they actually informed us that we had got the property. We informed we hadn't even been to see the property in question.
They allowed us to visit the next day after we had moved our schedules around. Estate agent was rude on approach and didn't speak a word to us apart from " go in ". He would shake his head at any question and looked like he would rather be anywhere else. I believe his name was Richard tho he didn't introduce himself we gathered his name from the estate agent we spoke to on the phone later that day.

My partner even had to request him to offer us something in regards to a response to our questions.
We noted the house wasn't cleaned for new tenants with bathroom and hobs dirty as they showed signs of use, as well as dirty carpets as well as other usual trademark signs of a used uncleaned house. when they called to confirm if we were still interested we requested if the house would be cleaned befoere we moved in, as it wasn't in the best condition. We also reported the Estate agent who had met us was rude and we hadnt had the best experience . They did not offer any apologises and stated that as no other applicants asked for a clean we would likely now not be chosen. I find this really bizzare as every rented property I have stayed in there is usually a new clean before new tenants. Eventually we received an email saying we weren't successful and no apologises for their poor customer service. We have since found a beautiful rented property and it was secured by good pleasant estate agents so happy we don't have to deal with them in the future it's no wonder over the last year they've had very few positive reviews
