I have been in the UK for nearly 10 years now and London Estates is the best lettings agent I have dealt with so far - from the signing of contracts to dealing with ad hoc issues (broken boiler, mould etc) and right up to ending the tenancy (cleaning up/inventory and deposit return). They have been understanding of issues we have raised over the course of our tenancy and have worked with us (very quickly and efficiently!) to make sure we are happy and comfortable in the property we called home for a whole year. I would highly recommend - a big thank you to Ioana, Lily and John for this stellar service.

We have been their tenants for 5 years! Would have continued if we didn’t move out of London. On our first stay, the team swiftly changed our mattress when requested to do so and also bought a brand new boiler when old one wasn’t working. Help is always at hand when needed. John made life really easy. It was time for me to move on from my previous place. When I met John, I took his number and he took the time to find out the kind of place I wanted, my circumstances, salary, etc. Then some how in the worst rental crisis since London was a Roman fort he managed to find exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford!

John was incredibly easy to deal with and didn't waist my time with things I didn't want to see which was amazing and really went a long way to building trust.

When I found a place I wanted he told me exactly what was needed and from there everything was easy and painless. The people in the office where incredibly easy to deal with, polite and prompt. They sent me out everything I needed guided me through the whole process and made everything smooth, easy and painless. If you're looking for a property I cannot recommend them and John enough.

One of the best agencies I've worked with for finding a flat to rent. John and the team (Lily and Iona too) never pushed me to pay more or rush like other agencies- it felt like they had my best interests in mind. They were patient and only showed me great properties.
