Preston Hill Estates

Terrible customer service. It was a smooth process when we decided to rent a property from Preston Hill Estate agent. Now we have left the property we have been fighting for months to get our deposit money back! Constantly being fed with lies and empty promises. Be careful before you use this estate agent!

Good agency, joined since September, had two minor issues which was resolved within fair amount of time. Will keep this updated on the progress. So far so good 👍🏼

Very rude staff
I call in the morning to request more information for one house and if it’s possible for a view and the guy who answer the phone was speaking very rude
I don’t know his name but he should have a little bit respect for the customers

If you want to sell your property and rent out your property, Preston Hill Estates is the best. All staffs are very polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

What a rude staff!
I called this morning to ask about a property advertised. The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?
