From a buyers perspective there was a great level of transparency about any 'need to know' aspects about the property and throughout the entire process staff were very knowledgeable about each step. Listing was at appropriate price given market conditions, great viewing experience amd the once offer was made, were effective at helping driving turnaround times with solicitors to get keys as soon as possible.
