I have been renting a property out through Ashby Lowery for some years, however for the first time I've felt compelled to write a review given the outstanding service I've been given as a landlord by the current Ashby Lowery team. And while the whole team has been great, I'd particularly like to single out Natalie who has gone "above and beyond " in ensuring that my latest landlord experience as a new tenant moves into my property has been a really positive one. Great service and hugely impressed! Thanks to a really strong team!

I have used Ashby Lowery for over 10 years now for finding tenants and arranging leases and they have always been professional and reliable. Their procedures have consistently ensured good, reliable tenants and they are the first choice agency for me.

Ashby Lowery's have renting out my property now for 20 years plus , with me not living in the UK I need a company that can manage my property and sort out any problems that occur, bar a few hiccups over the years I can say they have made a good job of it .
The present staff are good, at this time I am dealing with Olivia very efficient with dealing with anything that comes up ,even spoke to on the phone ,a very pleasant person.
As they say, If it ain't broke, do not fix it ,and I think I can say I will be with Ashby Lowery's for the for seeable future .

Well here's our story for renting a house in UK -

We (myself & wife & 7 year old kid), merry and happily settled in Pune, India. One day out of the blue we got an opportunity to move to UK for my office assignment and here we were in Northampton, UK. Initially we got into a beautiful service apartment but as the first 14 days of self-quarantine were over and we started searching for a rental accommodation, we quickly realized that it's a very tough challenge to get on quickly enough and had a very tough time searching.

Luckily we came across a rental advertisement by Ashby Lowery on Right Move and got ourselves a viewing appointment with Natalie. Natalie was very kind to us and co-operative, she helped us around in viewing the property, understanding our expectations and discussed in details the various aspects of the house. I guess Natalie was our guardian angel and somewhat unexpectedly we got the good news about being selected by the land lord, the family was ecstatic. Natalie has excellent sales and marketing skills, a very deep understanding of property market, human relations and empathy towards customers.

We started vising the office of Ashby Lowery Lettings on the bridge street for paperwork and met Olivia, who is a great person, having excellent managerial skills and in-depth knowledge of processes in letting business, Olivia quickly responded to our demands. Olivia was very kind and helped us understand and walked us through all the various processes of tenancy agreement and explained all the very minute details without getting tired. Olivia made the reference check and tenancy agreement signing process so easy that it took off a lot of pressure from us, as we were getting anxious day by day, waiting to move into the property, nervous as we were due to staying in hotels from so many days.

We also met Joy at Ashby Lowery who is very helpful and provided us updates from time to time as we used to check about the status of our application progress by visiting the office. Without ever getting bored, Joy always cheerfully helped us with the information.

As a truly professional letting agent, Ashby Lowery ensured that they had run all the various checks before handing over the property to us, like electrical safety audit of the house, independent third party review of existing damages within the house with the photos taken, EPC rating of the house, etc.,

Finally the big day came, and we were excited since early morning to wrap up our long hotel stay, waiting to move into our home dreaming of a nice home cooked meal after a long time. We're greeted with big smiles at Ashby Lowery and everyone involved during the process was present in office. Olivia, Natalie, Joy and Reece congratulated us, handing over the keys of the house and we happily moved into our new house.

Ashby Lowery duly helped in all the processes after moving in the house, like issuing certificate of tenant deposit amount and setting up with other associated agency for helping out with utilities and council tax transfer.
