Andrew Dear was our seller's estate agent. However, he has helped us on many occasions, as buyers that he does not represent. He consistently went out of his way to liaise on a number of matters, and was pragmatic and reasonable when responding to enquiries. He was responsive, taking time at evenings and weekends if he had not got back to us the same day. We believe that Andrew's involvement has 100% ensured that the purchase (and sale) of the property has proceeded.

Martin and Co have given me a fantastic service over the many years I've used them. They're an extremely professional team. Polite and helpful always and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them.

Awful awful awful letting agent. If you want to be charged with lots of fake charges when you move out, accused of not cleaning etc when have receipts to prove your cleaning then rent from this terrible company. Also they will leave you without heating and a newborn baby with no apology or compensation. Please avoid! There are so many other fair and honest letting agents but these are honestly the most awful I have ever encountered
