I am still going through my house sale and have hit some difficulties however no matter what happens at the end Bella and the rest of the staff at Simon miller have been absolutely amazing. I would not sell a house with anyone else now. They are extremely proactive! Bella has never been afraid to chase or call anyone to get answers. When she hasn’t been at work Kelly also just picks up everything and carries on so there are no gaps! Also when I had viewings Bella and Kelly were totally trustworthy! I will recommend to everyone now.

Kelly Smith is an amazing asset to Simon Miller. I sold my property and embarked on a stressful journey exchanging to a timescale. Thankfully Kelly had a fighting spirit to persevere and was on the phone the day of exchange pushing all parties to communicate and respond to my solicitor, to which we successfully exchanged. This chain was on the brink of collapse and Kelly fought my corner to ensure this did not happen. You are in safe hands and this lady will work hard for you.

I used Simon Miller (Larkfield) to sell my house in East Malling, it was a long sale due to property being rented, they marketed the property found a buyer very quickly, there was parts of the process that needed legal guidance, Simon Miller assisted at all times and acted professionally in a delicate situation. I used them to buy the same property nearly 20 years ago which is why I went back to them and they was as good the 2nd time round. Without them I think this sale would have been made more difficult. Andrew the branch manager was really helpful, always available, kept myself/buyers up to date and would definitely use them again.
