I had my property up with a ‘well known local agent’ for over 3 months and felt like I was getting no where! When I switched over to james Kristian I could barely keep up, within a matter of days they had found me a perfect tenant and gave a very professional service. I have since given them the others in my small portfolio to look after and haven’t looked back! Highly recommend these guys to anyone

Paul, Nikki and the rest of the team did great work in helping us to sell our house. The sale was quick and very straightforward – the best we’ve ever experienced in a house sale or purchase – which must have owed a great deal to their considerable expertise. We weren’t expecting such a smooth process, especially given the issues presented by the pandemic, so we were very impressed.

I write this review with absolute disappointment in Jame Kristian. Firstly, Nikki is lovely and I understand mistakes are made, but their mistake of not contacting the buyer and not sending the memorandum of sale until I reminded them 4 weeks later, lost me my buyer. Then to be called and informed the buyer pulled out because he couldn't get a mortgage and when I contact the buyer directly he informed me the reason he pulled was because he hadn't heard from them, so to be lied too. Then I receive a call from the owner of the business Martin, who shouted, patronised, ranted and raved as if the whole thing was my fault and I had no reason to complain.I have been with them for my rental management for 5 years and thats why the disappointment stings a little more. The owner of the business kept saying I have received an apology about the human error and I should accept that - I haven't received an apology and is an apology enough when the error causes me to loose the buyer. Martin also said he has bought hundreds of houses and started the process without the memorandum of sale and my buyer should have started the ball rolling without this document, now I am not in the housing world, but this doesn't sound right to me - why would you start a process without a written confirmation? He also appeared to blame the buyer for the situation but in the same breath me shouting at me... so much so my husband came into the room and had concerns. All I can do is go somewhere else, but I don't think they care - the owner, however doesn't mind having a good old rant at the loser in this situation - ME!

Following on from the above, I have moved agents - James Kristian had booked in another viewing, this viewing was cancelled and they didn't have the respect or decency to call my tenant and let her know it was cancelled. Another human error...

What a lovely business to have to deal with! Professional, efficient, polite and friendly. I literally walked in off the street and asked for a valuation on my home. They more or less came out straight away and gave me an honest valuation. Good prompt service. I would recommend these to anyone. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Not very helpful at all with property maintenance, reported signs of damp aswell as a leak on the roof which was going to be the babies room of said which the leak had turned the plaster into black mold, the letting agent had been warned about this far in advance before the black mold appeared an said they would send a roofer out but the roofer never appeared, which in turn would cost the landlord alot more money to fix because its destroyed the plaster an could have been prevented if they acted upon it. Not just that, the entire downstairs appeared damp after a few month living in the property which was reported far in advance an yet they told us the damp coursing which they said had been done before we moved into the property had been done clearing had only been done in parts. So me an my pregnant wife who work full time will have to find somewhere else to go IF the damp coursing gets done properly. Absolutely lost all faith with this letting agent saying they are sorry an will do things to sort it out. LANDLORDS AN TENTANTS, Avoid these guys at all costs especially if it comes to property maintenance. Because based of personal experience an lack of action, they will cost an landlords 1000s in repairs due to lack of action an tenants in unsafe property to raise a new born child in.

I can't say enough good things about this agency! Sam, who showed me around the properties, was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Every person I have spoken to over the phone was super helpful and attentive, especially Jamie. There was a problem changing the gas supplier that took a while to sort (not the fault of the letting agency), and Jamie helped me every step of the way. Whenever I had questions, he was more than happy to answer them, he kept me informed of any developments in the situation, advised me on how I could help from my end, and just generally made a very stressful situation a whole lot easier to deal with. The maintenance team is also brilliant, though I haven't needed to talk to them much since I moved in. Overall, just a lovely team of people doing their best. ^_^

I have worked with James Kristian refurbishment arm, The Refeurb Experts, for many years now on multiple projects and have always found them to be professional, fairly priced and experienced. Martin will often explain any issues that arise in detail and always comes up with solutions for me as a client to choose from.

They’ve also been flexible with payment terms on numerous occasions and have always worked with me to help me get the projects completed to a good standard. I’d recommend them for both big or small projects.

I had been home hunting and ready to give up until I met Jamie at a house he stopped me must have seen how drained I was then I went in to fill out forms for the house and met Samantha I knew then these guys was going to be the ones to help. Samantha has went above and beyond to make my relocation so much easier I've even recommended these guys to my friend who also is looking to relocate. I sincerely can't thank you all enough for helping me not just find a house but a home for myself and my son. They don't just look at you because you have a high paid job they also take your own circumstances into consideration. Unlike any other estate agency I had met within my time of house hunting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just a mother and her son <3
