Worst estate agent ive delt with in my life. Still havent received my holding deposit back and its been over 3 weeks. They use freelancers to rent their flats who dont even know what theyre doing and tried to charge me £800 in fees. They say its a freelancer but its probably there staff and get them to charge people fees by saying theyre freelancers. Very rude on the phone. Rent higher than other places on the market. Glad i didnt take the flat from them found a place way cheaper afterward
