Belvoir Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill

Using Belvoir in Haywards Heath for helping me with the letting of my Property over the last two and a half years has been an excellent decision. The office manager, Grace, has been an amazing support with everything, always friendly, happy to listen and to help and quick to respond to and action all that is necessary. She has a great depth of knowledge and passes information on in a clear and precise way. When using the full maintenance option Portfolio manager Chris was also great at communicating and very helpful. I have found them to work in a way that is both professional and caring and I am very grateful to have them as my Agent.

We have just agreed a tenancy and moved into a property using Belvoir this month.

Right from the start Yvette & the team at Belvoir have been absolutely excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Having encountered some real sharks in my time, or just indifferent or incompetent people, Yvette and Chris were both a breath of fresh air. I had a very difficult time house-hunting because of an illness in the family which meant I started a week late and in a bit of a panic. So it was very calming and reassuring to deal with people who were not just professional and timely, but also helpful and trying to make it go smoothly for me. With Yvette I felt that she was acting as much on my behalf as she was on the landlord's, and that is incredibly rare in my experience. The referencing software they have chosen is well-built (some systems are awful) and the phone / email support behind it also competent and responsive, plus Yvette kept an eye on the whole thing and helped it all go through without a hitch even though we had some problems with some of the documents required. Overall, a professional, personal and friendly service with attention to all the details. Brilliant.

I happily recommend Holly and the team at Belvoir who we have found to be professional, thorough and trustworthy. We are currently living in Australia and when our previous tenants gave us notice we were worried about how best to manage the change over from afar. We needn’t have worried, with their management service the change has been seamless and we are confident that things will continue to run like clockwork throughout the tenancy.

We rented with Belvoir for 6 years before buying our own place this year

From start to finish everything was just so simple and the staff were so friendly. We always got a swift reply to any emails and the out of hours emergency electrician and plumbers were incredible when we needed them.

We ended our tenancy early and there wasn’t any hidden costs like other companies we’d used locally before.

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
