David and Pauline are both approachable, friendly and professional. I never had trouble contacting either or getting a response. David showed viewers around, he was always on time and gave immediate feedback on the viewing. I felt he got to know our house and the immediate area. Pauline made. Perfect floor plan and the listing on Rightmove and Zoopla was made very well. If there was a change we wanted to the write up or photos, there was no hesitation, it was changed. Very good value for money. We did have 2 estate agents selling ours but Open house made much more effort. And charged a very competitive set fee, The other was a percentage. We obviously preferred Open house to sell our property. We saved thousands.
