The team at Richard James were phenomenal from start to finish. We didn’t have a straight forward sale but April put in a lot of work to get things sorted and Chris went above and beyond to make sure we got it over the line in time. Excellent from the start. I basically handed over a set of keys and they took it from there. Very good communication and also reassurance when my solicitor sent out confusing emails at the close of play on a Friday afternoon. It certainly helped that these agent were open for long hours, but also that I largely spoke with the same lady throughout the process. Very friendly and excellent service. Process was very professional and I was given sound advice when I had any questions. The pictures and videos taken were of good quality and helped house sell very quickly. The price the house was put onto the market for was our own choice despite being recommended to go on lower - however it did sell for higher price. I would recommend to friends and family - I will definitely be using Richard James to sell again and will buy though them too.
