Would not go with this service! The estate agent I dealt with put it a full offer on a house without my say so before I'd even looked inside the property.. Then after a complaint he told me to 'go get and education boy' and that the price was the price'. Im a first time buyer and wasn't in the know and that was taken advantage of. I've also heard locally from multiple sources of him adding money on to deals at the last minute for a personal score.

Recently moved into a rental property managed by this Agency. I dealt with the new branch in St Asaph who have a very helpful and dedicated team of agents! Delia in particular has been fantastic and, based on my experience, I would highly recommend Murray Sutherland Estate Agents. Any queries are answered quickly and efficiently and they make time to ensure you are dealt with in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring questions are answered and needs are met. Couldn't be happier with my new home!

Tony and his colleagues were very helpful with enquiries we had. Not that we had many as everything was covered.

I have never been treated so badly by a so called professional estate agency. I would never recommend them. I was threatened with the bailiffs for not paying the cancellation fee(Whatever that is!) because I took my house off the market with them after no sale in 2 years!!! Incidentally I ended up paying half of the £250.00 they were asking for just so this didn't carry on to my new house!!

Not nice people.
