We sold our house through Bairstow Eves, who were excellent throughout the whole process, and always made us feel at ease.

Hannah was efficient and professional, with a lovely manner of communication, as was Mia. Helena is clearly an excellent manager with a great team behind her. We would wholeheartedly recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone wanting the highest standards of efficiency and communication in the house-selling process.

We are thoroughly pleased, and we wish them every luck for the future.

Bairstow eves handled the sale of our property, Owen, Hannah, Mia and Stephanie were so supportive, so helpful and guided us through the whole process. We were helped by Jade at Bairstow Eves Sales and Lettings throughout our journey of finding us a home here in Lincoln. Even before we found the property we were helped a lot through the various viewings. I have to say the process was very smooth. Once we found the property the application process was very easy and once we were accepted all the process from then to moving-in was very smooth although slightly lengthy (but that is given considering the fact that its all legal documentation etc.).
I strongly recommend Jade and her team at BE to anyone looking for a property in Lincoln.

Tenant here- Having moved in with bairstow eves recently , I must say they are very professional and did help me with pretty much everything. Did have a few hiccups (like the property not being clean and having no water meter installed at the property - so the water company had to come in and install it forcing me to take a one day leave from work), but this is still better than the other letting agents.
