Obviously very good at her job as she pointed out all the repairs and possible replacements the house needs, I was very impressed and felt reassured that she would organise everything that needed to be done.

I think most people assume it's the actual sale that is the part where estate agents provide value, but in fact that is only the beginning. The sage 'hand holding', steering, navigating and professional, consistent dialogue with all the steps and parties in the conveyancing process, including the regular liaison with the solicitors involved, through to actual keys being handed over on the day of completion, is the more hidden, yet undoubtedly equally valuable and indispensable, component of Benton's service.
