We were left disappointed with the customer care that we received.
No updates. Laura rang us approximately 4 times throughout the long, drawn out sale. Both times we felt pressured into moving out of our home and finding rental property.
One time , the buyer rang us to say tjs had informed them we'd changed our minds.
We were disappointed with the lack of updates and help offered.

Jacquie if that’s that’s how it’s spelt thinks it’s appropriate to threaten tenants in a tjs managed property to get the rent without contacting the guarantor or even asking why the rents not been payed fear mongering tactics very unprofessional and highly disturbing avoid at all costs as the team here are vile and rude also aggressive
