Our first experience of Palmer & Partners was in 2017 when we purchased our first home. They were brilliant, so naturally we returned to them when we decided to sell five years later. The valuation was speedy, high-quality photos were taken and we have been given professional advice every step of the way. They were brilliant at keeping the purchase process moving for us too, especially when we needed to speed things up so we could exchange contracts. Cannot recommend them enough! Brilliant team of people who are hard-working, professional and always happy to help.

From the initial phone call requesting a valuation to the final completion of our property I can only say they were excellent going over and above our expectations. Ollie was brilliant at keeping us informed throughout the process even when there was nothing to report he would call weekly to give us an update. I don’t know who took the photos but they were great, I am very fussy but didn’t need to alter anything. I would have no problems recommending Palmer and Partners and will use them again if the need arises. Well done to a great team, very professional, good old fashioned service.

Ollie always responded promptly and chased up things when they were falling behind. He was quick to reassure us and provide support from beginning to end. The viewing was really helpful, we were allowed plenty of time to look around and were let in when we arrived earlier than our appointment time. Their representative had sensible and realistic discussions with us about the asking price and the way that it should be presented and also took great care to produce superb photographs of the interior of the house.
